TMS Officer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled TMS Officer to provide effective POS software support and general POS hardware/software maintenance and support.

Provide superior service to merchants in Bahrain, UAE, and other countries.
Manage inventory and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Oversee TMS management and key injection processes.
Closely monitor and track issues raised by clients or internally.
Communicate status updates on a timely basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support, database development, and Merchant Acquiring.

Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

Conduct application testing for POS terminals in various environments.
Execute TMS release testing to ensure system integrity.
Perform quarterly disaster recovery drills and test transaction flow.
Manage terminal requests and onboard new terminals daily.
Update critical parameters in TMS as per amendments and risk approvals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, CIS, or related fields.
1-5 years of technical support and/or database development experience.
Experience working with credit card terminals, POS equipment, and scanners is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Fluent in Arabic and English.
Basic understanding of card processing, merchant acquiring, and Fintech products and services.
Proficient in computer applications.
Experience in tech support or help desk roles.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
