About the company

The company was established in Russia in 1991 and has exclusive contracts of tableware that are produced in Russia (Brands Luminarc, ARCOROC, OSZ and Dulevskiy factory).

We can offer standard collections or customized (there is a minimum unit quantity for customization).

We opened our office in Dubai and we are looking for a sales manager with experience in the tableware sales in the UAE.

The Position

Sales Manager, Glassware

Job Summary

As a Sales Manager,Glassware, your role is to:

• Responsible for tableware sales to the UAE chains/HoReCa/E-commerce.
• Work with incoming requests
• Search and negotiate with potential clients
• Conduct a presentation of tableware
• Prepare commercial offers
• Achieve sales targets
• Maintain customer database

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Commercial plan building, execution & monitoring
• Direct sales to the local chains/HoReCa/Ecommerce
• Regular store checks
• Analyses sales trends/preparation of reports for management/advise on the business
• Establish and nurture relationships with assigned customers (management, purchasing, R&D)
• Identify sales development targets, elaborate and implement appropriate development strategy
• Ensure forecast accuracy

Requirement:

• At least 3 years of experience as a sales person in the UAE
• Market experience in the tableware business in the UAE.
• HoReCa local knowledge. Tableware UAE market knowledge.
• Experience with the UAE chains.
• Proven track record in sales & account management
• Strong interpersonal and communication (including negotiation) skills;
• Resultsoriented. Strong multitasking skills.
• English is a must.
• Open UAE visa will be an advantage

Income:
salary +% of sales


Working day:
from 10:00 to 19:00

Schedule: 5/2


Salary:
From AED5,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- management: 1 year (preferred)
