The Japanese coffee manufacturer, with the opening of a new office in Dubai, provides an incredible opportunity for the experienced office manager to have a career and financial growth.

We have everything you need for productive work. Including a bright new office located right on Sheikh Zayed Road overlooking the sea and your bright future. To the nearest metro station just 1 minute walk.

First of all, you must be a reliable assistant to the CEO


Functions for the first stage:
Accountant/ financial controller including prep of accounts and cash flows and projections. Interaction with outsourced accounting service.
Responsible for accounting activities. Dealing with banks on day to day.

Invoicing and payments
- controls, scheduling,tracking and reporting

Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.

Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logĂ­stical needs.

Assisting with sales and marketing.


Knowledge and Education:

Bachelor's or associate degree in business, accounting, logistics, supply chain management or similar

Experience working with inventory management and forecasting strategies

Experience in project handling.

Experience conducting tracking and data analysis

MS Office Proficiency

Basic accounting understanding

Prior experience of working in Dubai

Good communication skills

Accounting, Corporate Finance, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented Confidentiality, Time Management


Salary:
AED7, AED15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
