    Principleaccountabilities, role, and responsibilities:

    • Develop and implementation of sustainability framework for theentire
    Environmental Monitoring,Waste management, Environmental ImpactAssessment,
    Environmental trainingand awareness, Environment risk assessment andmitigation,
    regulatory
    Internal and External audits,review meetings and Training and Awareness Programsrelated
    to Total QualityManagement (TQM).
    Developing andimplementing strategies and policies to reduce theorganizations
    environmental
    Tracking and reporting on theorganizations environmentalperformance
    Collaborating withinternal stakeholders, including executives, operations managers,and
    employees, to promotesustainable practices and encourage behavior
    Engaging with externalstakeholders, such as suppliers, customers, and communitymembers,
    to promote sustainablepractices and build
    Ensuringcompliance with relevant environmental regulations andstandards
    Managing sustainabilityprojects and initiatives, including setting goals, allocatingresources,
    and monitoringprogress
    Communicating theorganizations sustainability performance and goals to stakeholders,both
    internally andexternally
    Keeping up-to-datewith industry trends and best practices in sustainability,and
    recommending new approachesand technologies to improve the organizationssustainability

    Engagement with regulatory bodies to expedite required legalpermits and timely renewal of
    thelegal
    GHG (Greenhouse gases)emissions accounting, Net Zero Strategy and road map,CDP
    reporting (Carbon DisclosureProject), Sustainability Linked Bond (SLB) and SPO(Sustainability
    Principles andObjectives) and GHG data
    Establishing and implementing IMS (Integrated Management System) inaccordance to ISO
    Management ofenvironmental data, data verification & assurance,performance reporting to
    internaland external stakeholders , OGP, annual reports and
    ESG Development of ESGindicators, policies and reporting, Zero Waste to Landfill, NetWater
    Positive, Net Zero Emission,GRI (Global Reporting Initiative)
    Documentation and implementationof requirement of various productconformity

    Set environmental requirements in scope of work during tendering,evaluation of bids and
    managingcontractors for implementation of environmental
    Climate Change Report,Sustainability Report, HSE Reports, Environ-mentalperformance
    report and otherreports related to HSE, ESG and
    Developing corporate standards, guidelines, and tools to achieveorganization vision and
    policy
    Lead a diverse
    Comply with the Health, Safetyand Environmental Policies
    All adhoc tasks and projects designated by the Deputy
    CEO
    Work under the direction ofthe Deputy
