- To promote guest satisfaction byensuring that guest rooms and public areas are wellmaintained.
- To be fully aware of themaintenance request procedure and ensure that it is followed andcarried out at all times.
- To be instructed bythe relevant supervisor of his duties in regards to maintainingguest room and public areas to the highest possiblestandard.
- To be fully versed and capable inelectrical, plumbing and painting requirements related to thedesignated areas of work (should bemulti-skill).
- To be practically adaptable andwilling to take on works and requirements asked tohim.
- If judged to be capable of carrying out adifferent job title/requirement, must be willing to accept new jobchallenges and position.
- It is yourresponsibility to ensure that the room is left clean and in perfectworking condition after completion of any workperformed.
- Maintain a good rapport and workingrelationship and report for duty punctually wearing the properuniform and name tagappropriately.
