Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via telephone to promote our products and services
- Generate sales leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all marketing activities and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven telemarketing experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general CRM software
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
