Position Overview:


Responsibilities:

Construction Project Acquisition:


Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify and secure construction projects that align with the company's capabilities and expertise.

Research potential projects, lead generation, and engage with decision-makers to position the company as a preferred partner.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, contractors, architects, and construction management firms.
Understand client needs, tailor solutions, and provide exceptional customer service to maximize client satisfaction.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Formulate effective sales strategies to target specific construction segments and markets.
Collaborate with the leadership team to set achievable sales goals and objectives.

Proposal Development:


Lead the development of compelling and competitive proposals, bids, and presentations that address client needs and differentiate the company's offerings.

Ensure all proposals are in line with the company's financial goals and ROI requirements.

Negotiation and Contracting:

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients while maintaining a focus on profitability and ROI.
Ensure that contracts are thorough, compliant, and aligned with legal and business requirements.

Sales Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess performance against targets.
Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and inspire the sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to enhance their performance.
Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented environment within the sales team.

Market Insights and Competitor Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies.
Provide valuable insights to internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of 7 years in successfully acquiring construction projects, preferably in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Indepth knowledge of the construction industry, project procurement processes, and key players.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex project requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and lead a sales team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
