    Description
    • Manage and coordinate e-commerceoperations, including order processing, inventory management, andlogistics.
    • Manage the ordering of general stockand custom orders
    • Develop and implement processimprovements to increase efficiency and reducecosts.
    • Monitor and analyze key operationalmetrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementingcorrective actions.
    • Coordinate with suppliersand logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery ofproducts.
    • Create SOP's to ensurequality of product and maintain quality standards throughout entiresupply chain
    • Collaborate with marketing(internal and external) to ideate and implement campaigns andsocial media strategies
    • Ensure a seamlesscustomer experience at all times
    • Develop andimplement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliancewith industry standards and regulations.
    • Createcustomer invoices and payment links
    • Maintainthe e-commerce website, including: adding new products, promotions,updating inventory
    • Stay up-to-date withe-commerce trends and technological advancements, identifyingopportunities for operational enhancements.

    Requirements:

    • Provenexperience in e-commerce operationsmanagement
    • Strong leadership and managerialskills
    • Excellent problem-solving anddecision-making abilities, with a focus on continuousimprovement
    • Extremely detailorientated
    • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectivelyacross teams
    • Must be well presented at alltimes as this role is representing thebrand
    • This role may require work outside ofstandard office hours – flexibility isrequired
