    Description
    • Assist Group Head of EnterpriseRisk in carrying out ERM Program responsibilities and establishingan effective risk process acrossPetrofac.
    • Aggregate, analyse, and report (orwhere needed assist reporting) principal risk information to GRCand the Audit Committee and support the reporting of principalrisks and risk management activities in the Annual Report &Accounts.
    • Perform or facilitate the integrationof principal risk information including risk assessments and thestatus of mitigation actions. Coordinate risk response action planfollow-up.
    • Establish and monitor keyperformance indicators and other measures/attributes related to ERMprogram effectiveness.
    • Prepare country entrydocumentation for the business development and strategy teams, asinput to the GRC.
    • Support facilitation of GRCreviews for major contracts and country entry reviews where neededprepare relevant documentation for the business development andproposal teams, as input to the GRC.
    • Manage theGroup DAM review and approval process, including regular reviewsand updates, annual reviews andcommunication.
    • Manage Group Policies andStandards review and approval process, including consistency withGroup Guidance, annual reviews by GRC/Board and implementation planrequirements.
    • Maintain ERMdocumentation/Petronet/Global Management System including ERMpolicy/standards/procedures, best practices and lessons learned;and ERM reference materials, tools and techniques. Deliver and/orcoordinate delivery of enterprise risk management training andfacilitation.
    • Assist the evaluation, re-designand manage the revision of PERMS (Petrofac Enterprise RiskManagement System) that support the ERM program processes includingrisk assessment, reporting and monitoring.
    • Actas administrator maintaining effective operation of PERMS system– managing the access and privileges of systemusers.
    • Manage the conduct of annual review ofrisk appetite and statement and agreeing any changes with GRC andthen with Audit Committee.
    • Manage the ControlSelf-Assessment process and reporting the results to GRC and thento Audit Committee.

    EssentialQualifications And Skills

    • Strong undergraduate degree;supplemented with strategic thinking and strong problem-solvingskills.
    • A post graduate degree in Business,Finance, Risk may be advantageous.
    • Expertise inrisk management, controls and governanceprocesses.
    • Understanding of the Oil &Gas value chain, Petrofac's service offering, markets,customers and business model.
    • Knowledge andunderstanding of the risks that Petrofac faces –strategic, reputational, operational, financial, legal andcompliance.
    • Member of relevant professionalbody – risk management etc.
    • Strongorganisational skills, planning and time management - ability todeliver against tight deadlines.
    • Reliable andtrustworthy; comfortable dealing with senior personnel and able todemonstrate a high degree of confidentiality at alltimes.
    • Ability to develop relationshipsinternally and externally.
    • Attention to detailand good analytical skills.
    • Ability tochallenge information presented by the business and communicate thesalient information to an executive audience concisely, bothwritten and when required, orally.
    • Highlymotivated, self-starter, aligned with Petrofac'sValues.
    • Ability to operate in a multi-culturaland fast paced environment.
    • Significantexperience in risk management or a relatedfield.
    • Experience of transforming businessprocesses and practices, including managing stakeholders,information flows, process, systems and aligning with goodpractice.
    • Experience of working in amulti-cultural organisation over severalgeographies.
    • 10+ years of experience in riskmanagement or a related field.
