We are looking for a SeniorResearch Analyst to join the Emerging Market Equities team to bebased in Dubai United Arab Emirates. This role has the primaryresponsibility to conduct research and analysis of companiesbusiness and financial position in the MENA region including cashflow balance sheet and income statement evaluations. This role willrequire the incumbent to compile data from multiple sources anddevelop financial models. What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position
    • Conduct independent research and fundamental analysisof publicly listed companies in MENA region across multiple sectors
    • Analyze andinterpret financial statements and all other pertinent sources ofinvestment information for assigned companies
    • Develop detailedfinancial models research reports and insights on assigned coveragecompanies
    • Providewritten and oral presentations of investment recommendations to theinvestment team and keeping the team updated on a regular basis ofany changes to the recommendations or forecasts
    • Analyze andinterpret economic developments macroeconomic trends and politicaldevelopments in the assigned coverage
    • Maintain a general knowledge of the globalinvestment climate market conditions and economic environment
    What qualifications skills and experience would helpsomeone to be successful
    • Bachelors degree. CFA holder orrelevant postgraduate qualification is preferred
    • Minimum 8 years ofrelevant research/investment experience with deep knowledge of MENAregion
    • Strongfundamental research quantitative and financial analysis skillsincluding fluency in analyzing financial statements.
    • Expert levelexperience building and analyzing financial models
    • Experience indeveloping different valuation models including DCFs
    • Excellentinterpersonal verbal and written communication skills in English isessential
    • Arabicspeaker preferred
    • Demonstrated problem solving abilities
    • Selfstarter and ability to workindependently
    • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to multitask
    • Meticulous anddetailoriented
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Bloomberg
