We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager in Trade


Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in international trade, logistics, or shipping operations, with demonstrated knowledge of trade regulations and customs procedures
  • Strong understanding of shipping documentation, incoterms, and logistics processes
  • Monitor the performance of vessels on round voyage routes, including fuel consumption, speed, and adherence to schedule
  • Previous experience in P&I reporting, marine insurance, risk management, or related fields within the maritime industry is highly desirable
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations, customs laws, and industry standards to facilitate smooth and efficient cargo movement
  • Coordinate and manage international trade operations, including import and export processes, documentation, and logistics
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about changes in trade regulations, industry trends, and best practices, and ensure that company policies and procedures are updated accordingly
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED8, AED11,000.00 per month

- shipping: 8 years (preferred)
