Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager in Trade

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in international trade, logistics, or shipping operations, with demonstrated knowledge of trade regulations and customs procedures
Strong understanding of shipping documentation, incoterms, and logistics processes
Monitor the performance of vessels on round voyage routes, including fuel consumption, speed, and adherence to schedule
Previous experience in P&I reporting, marine insurance, risk management, or related fields within the maritime industry is highly desirable
Ensure compliance with trade regulations, customs laws, and industry standards to facilitate smooth and efficient cargo movement
Coordinate and manage international trade operations, including import and export processes, documentation, and logistics
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
Stay informed about changes in trade regulations, industry trends, and best practices, and ensure that company policies and procedures are updated accordingly
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Bachelor's degree in related field
Excellent communication skills
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

Job Types:

Salary:
AED8, AED11,000.00 per month
