We are scaling our teams quickly and need dedicated operational support to run recruitment properly. This role is designed for young profiles who want real exposure and responsibility, not a passive internship. You will work directly with company leadership, interact daily with recruitment agencies, and be involved in real hiring decisions. It is a learning -by -doing role for people who want to build a solid foundation in HR and recruitment.

Support the Talent & Recruitment team in executing high -volume, high -quality hiring while ensuring a smooth, respectful, and human candidate experience. You will be the operational backbone of the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities<\/b>
<\/div>
You will screen CVs and perform first qualification checks, manage and update candidate pipelines in our ATS (Zoho Recruit), and follow up with candidates via email, WhatsApp, and calls. You will coordinate interview scheduling with recruiters and hiring managers and ensure clear communication at every stage. You will manage relationships with recruitment agencies by sharing briefs, tracking submissions, and following up on quality and timelines. You will support recruitment reporting by maintaining clean data, helping track KPIs, and identifying bottlenecks. Throughout all interactions, you will represent Easy Wedding's values by ensuring candidates feel listened to, respected, and informed.

Requirements<\/h3>
We are looking for students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management, or a related field. A first experience or internship in HR, recruitment, administration, or customer support is a plus, but not mandatory. You must be comfortable working closely with management and external consultants and be willing to learn fast in a demanding environment.
<\/p>
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail are essential. You should be proactive, curious, and comfortable handling follow -ups and coordination tasks. Clear communication in English is required; French or Arabic is a plus. This role is best suited for someone who wants to gain real professional experience and is ready to invest effort to grow.

The fixed compensation is modest and aligned with an internship or junior profile, but recruitment bonuses per successful hire can be offered based on performance. High performers may transition into a full -time role with growth opportunities in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or HR Generalist functions.
