Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide crucial support to our office operations and help ensure the smooth functioning of our administrative processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and other team members.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials, and take meeting minutes as needed.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, both electronically and physically, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance, and liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination, including arranging catering, setting up venues, and managing RSVPs.
  • Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and recordkeeping.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
