    JobDescription

    • Develop, implement and optimisewelding processes.
    • Drive actions with crossfunctional teams to improve all KPIs for the plant, ensuringproduction attainment, efficiency, quality & scrapreduction objectives
    • Utilise design software todesign fixtures & break it down tocustomers
    • Participate in the dailystart-up/accountability meetings
    • Manage andimplement engineering changes requests from design toproduction
    • Work with NPI Project Engineers toimplement new products to existing and new productionlines
    • Manage and present data to various levelsof the organisation

    Monday - Friday 08:30- 17:00 / 15:00 onFriday

    TheSuccessful Applicant

    You willbe either a Process/Manufacturing/Production/hands on DesignEngineer, with experience in a manufacturing environment, as wellas:

    • A recgonisedEngineering qualification (Ideally, Production/ManufacturingEngineering)
    • Knowledge in welding processdevelopment and optimisation would be anadvantage
    • Knowledge of manual &automated welding again would be anadvantage
    • Proficiency in using CAD software fordesign purposes
    • A track record with MIG/TIGwelding is desirable
    • Strong problem-solvingabilities and a keen eye for detail
    • Goodcommunication skills to effectively work with team members andstakeholders
