    Role and Responsibilities

    As a Sr. Real Estate Consultants, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our luxury off-plan projects. Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging with HNI investors from around the world who are eager to invest in the flourishing UAE real estate landscape. Your responsibilities will include:

    Sales Leadership: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into sales.

    Market Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the UAE real estate market trends, competitive landscape, and off-plan project developments to effectively advise clients.

    Client Relationship Management: Build and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with HNI investors, understanding their unique investment objectives and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.

    Lead Generation: Proactively seek out potential clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

    Presentation and Communication: Articulate the value proposition of our luxury projects, leveraging persuasive communication skills and impressive presentations to engage and excite potential investors.

    Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns, promotions, and strategies to boost sales performance.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    2-3 years of proven sales experience in luxury real estate off-plan projects within the UAE market.

    Exceptional understanding of the UAE real estate landscape, with a network of HNI investors.

    Solid network of brokerage companies in the UAE and internationally.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

    Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

    Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

    Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
