The Role
We are looking for a dynamic andexperienced Real Estate Broker to join our team in Dubai UAE. Theideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local realestate market excellent negotiation skills and a proven trackrecord of successful property sales and leasing. As a Real EstateBroker you will be responsible for representing clients in thebuying selling and renting of properties as well as providingguidance and assistance throughout the entire transaction process.Responsibilities: Represent clients in the buying selling andrenting of properties Provide guidance and assistance to clientsthroughout the entire transaction process Develop and maintain astrong understanding of the local real estate market trends andproperty values Generate leads through networking marketing andprospecting Negotiate and finalize property transactions on behalfof clients Prepare and present property listings to potentialbuyers and renters Assist clients in making informed decisionsabout their real estate needs Stay updated on real estate lawsregulations and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real EstateBroker or relevant role Indepth knowledge of the local real estatemarket in Dubai UAE Strong negotiation and networking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to workindependently and as part of a team Valid Real Estate Brokerlicense in Dubai UAE Bachelors degree in Real Estate BusinessAdministration or related field (preferred)
