In this role you will have the opportunity:

This position will have the responsibility to support for all human resources functions including but not limited to on-boarding, talent acquisition and recruitment, performance management, training, attendance and time management, employee relations, employee engagement, disciplinary action, policies and procedures implementation

***Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners. Assist project teams with technical issues in the Initiation and Planning phases of Project Management Methodology.


Requirements:


Core Responsibilities:


  • Performs routine system audits and vulnerability assessments, as well as IS security compliance verification.
  • Performs incident management, change management, problem resolution, and enduser support on a multitiered basis.
  • Performs multitiered incident, change management, problem resolution, and enduser support.
  • Continuously discovers process and quality improvement opportunities and implements appropriate technologies and/or process modifications.
  • Implement and configure highly available infrastructure, including failover service design and testing, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, load balancing, etc.
  • Implements and configures tools for system management and proactive monitoring; troubleshoots and resolves reported telecommunications and network issues.
  • Set up and manage backup systems. Schedule and maintain onsite and offshore backups, analyze backup logs, establish, and maintain backup procedures, restore data and configurations, document recovery plans, and integrate new backup technologies to protect all systems and enduser data.
  • Record all system management and installation procedures.

To be considered for this position, you must have experience in the following areas:

  • Azure Cloud infrastructure Solutions
  • VMware infrastructure
  • Manage On premise and Azure Cloud Active directory (Sound Knowledge on Group policy's)
  • Expert on Office 365, Exchange Online administration


  • Expert on Storage

  • Pure storage
  • Expert on Backup systems especially on Commvault
  • Experience on Patch management with Microsoft SCCM
  • Hands on experience on Microsoft Intune
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Licensing and Azure subscriptions
  • Knowledge on Cisco Routing and switching
  • Knowledge on Wi-Fi 6 technology & SDWAN
  • Experience on Next Generation firewalls Such as Palo alto, FortiGate, checkpoint etc.
  • Sound knowledge on Change management process
  • Ability to Visualize & Document all systems administration processes and installation procedures.

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer or information science/computer engineering from an accredited University

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate


  • VMware Certified Professional

  • Data Center Visualization
  • Microsoft 365 Certified
  • CCNA
  • MCSE
  • ITIL Basics

Skills/competencies:


  • Ability to multitask
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Good Communication & Report Writing Skills.
