Were looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee product line lifecycles manage production resources and drive process improvements aligned with cost quality and quantity goals. • Supervision: Efficiently oversee subordinates ensuring work alignment with procedures and policies.
• Budget Control: Prepare and monitor department budgets manage expenses and address financial variances.
• Process Optimization: Implement systems upgrade SOPs and drive TPM initiatives for improved efficiency.
• Daily Operations: Manage production efficiently collaborate crossfunctionally and meet budget and planning goals.
• Production Efficiency: Lead teams enforce SOPs optimize production and achieve planned volumes.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality address defects and ensure compliance with standards.
• Compliance & Improvement: Ensure regulatory compliance supervise projects and promote change management and continuous improvement for a safe working environment.
