    Description
    • Assist in recruitment activities in alignment with both business needs and the annual manpower plan, ensuring the Human Capital of the organization is optimized
    • Assist with the input on workforce planning and succession planning
    • Assist with end-end off-boarding and onboarding process
    • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
    • Assist in the annual performance management process, including annual objective setting, performance reviews and year end appraisals
    • Administer compensation and benefits, including budgeting, monthly payroll, and annual incentives (bonus and long-term incentives)
    • Conduct regular benchmark analysis / surveys of the local market and provide the with compensation and benefits recommendations
    • Adheres to Policies and Procedures placed by Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance.
    • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
    • Prepares documentation for new hires, promotions, and exits.
    • Provides guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning.
    • Administers and resolves employee relations issues.
    • Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
    • Administers end to end off-boarding, on-boarding, and induction process.
    • Conducts the annual performance management process, including annual objective setting, performance reviews and year end appraisals.
    • Administers monthly payroll, pension fund, probation period, exit interviews.
    • Administers employee attendance and review absenteeism and/or punctuality issues with respective line managers and / or delinquent employees.
    • Any other projects assigned by Human capital team

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
    • 4+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • HR specific qualification(s) i.e., qualifications from CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, World at Work
    • Preferred previous HR experience within Financial Services
