Join our team at UPC Dubai as a Marketing Officer and be part of an exciting journey to elevate our brand to new heights We are seeking a passionate and experienced marketing professional who will contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies, organize and host marketing activities or events, and improve our branding across various channels.
As a Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in planning and overseeing our marketing activities and campaigns to ensure they align with the goals set by management.
Your enthusiasm for all things marketing, coupled with your knowledge of relevant techniques and principles, will be key in driving the success of our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Create awareness and develop the brand through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of marketing strategies to maximize brand visibility and impact.
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness and engage with our target audience.
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on various media platforms, including social and print.
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing activities and enhance the company's presence in the market.
- Utilize effective reporting and analyzing skills to measure and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
- Assist with the production of sales support material and website content.
- Develop and publish a monthly newsletter that tells a compelling story about UPH/BPC/UPC.
- See all marketing ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics.
- Prepare and publish engaging marketing materials and oversee their distribution.
- Collaborate with sales to conduct market research and identify opportunities for promotion and growth, including budget estimates.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses related to marketing activities.
- Work closely with the Manager in collecting market data and customer feedback to reshape the marketing strategy.
- Provide training to customerfacing team members in customer care and contribute to building an excellent customer journey.
Requirements and Skills:
- +5 proven experience as a Marketing Officer or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiative, preferable in construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles, and a good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
- Intermediate level in design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics to optimize marketing efforts and measure success.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage multiple marketing initiatives.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Creativity and commercial awareness to develop innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
- A team player with a customeroriented approach to deliver exceptional marketing experiences.
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field to demonstrate a strong foundation in marketing principles.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- marketing knowledge, preferably in constructions of 5 years (preferred)
