or MSc. degreein Civil Engineering - Knowledge and application of concrete mixdesign methods - Knowledge and application of materialcharacterization techniques - Advanced knowledge in MS Office toolsand regression analysis - Advanced and demonstrated academicwriting skills (journal publications) - Flexible approach andinitiative in executing the role Preferred Qualification -Candidates are preferred to have experience in the following: -Developing sustainable concrete mixes - Soft computingtechnologies: neural networks, MS office tools, Matlab - Experiencein conducting and interpreting microstructural experimentalinvestigation on cement and concrete materials - Be adaptable andflexible to the continuous changes associated with research demands- Be able to work independently with minimalsupervision
