    Vice President Cabin Services Procedures Vice President Cabin Services Procedures12+ Years in In-Flight Service, In-flight Catering5 Years of relevant experience in the areas of Airline Guest Experience and product design7 Years preferably experience in an airline flight operations position3 Years preferably experience in Cabin Crew Training management functionYou'll have an edge if you areDelivery of large cross-functional projects across several stakeholders and departments with a key focus on customer experienceProfound knowledge of service, hospitality, design, and technology in the aviation industryKnowledge and Experience in understanding the multifaceted aspects of delivering a unique Guest Experience (technology, Guest Experience, sales, brand, and marketing)Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking as well as analytical skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Business and communication experience preferred.

    Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsEducated to degree level or have equivalent work experienceUnderstanding of airline regulatory environment and restrictionsBroad understanding of airline planning and operationsExperience in managing 3rd party supplier contracts and service-level agreementsHospitality industry experience Disclaimer:
