Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at AQUA Developments.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service.

Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and understanding client needs, addressing inquiries and concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and proactively communicating with clients to build and strengthen relationships.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Experience in customer service or client management
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
