As Customer Issue Resolution Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to put your curiosity to good use and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world.
Here's how to make an impact:
- _ Responsible for the end-to-end Customer Issue Resolution (CIR). This includes complaints, and complaint registration, adjustments, disputes, returns, investigations liaising with different functions (transportation, warehousing, pricing, quality ), credit management, collections _
- _ Operate in line with specific set of KPIs targets for CIR processes and operates to maintain discipline within Global Financial Standards (GFS) guidelines._
- _ Works closely with customers, 3M businesses, credit risk organization (COE) and MEA CIR Leader to achieve the set AR targets in MEA and to streamline the CIR workflow as per CIR and Credit & Collection processes._
- _ Engage with MEA CIR Leader to work on improvement projects for the end-to-end Customer Issue Resolution processes in MEA countries._
Your Skills and Expertise
- _ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in the fields of Business or Finance_
- _ Expert in _Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel_
- _ Ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional basis and interact with other contacts, customers, and departments within the business teams (Internal & External)_
- _ Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills_
- _ Excellent knowledge of English_

- _ Proven track of results in his own domain and compliance to processes & procedures guidelines_
- _ Ability to create, interpret and analyse data_
- _ High level of agility, ability to network and drive change_
- _ Ability to prioritize & execute and plan activities to deliver on set deadlines_
- _ Arabic knowledge will be a plus_
