Job Title:
Business Development Manager

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze market data to develop insights that inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the clinic's goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with senior management to define longterm business development goals and action plans.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns.

  • Utilize digital marketing, social media, and other channels to increase clinic visibility and attract new patients.
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve services and address any concerns.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, financial metrics, and business development progress.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management detailing the effectiveness of business development strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
AED7,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- business development manager: 1 year (preferred)
