We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team.The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, managing orders, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by handling administrative tasks such as data entry, recordkeeping, and report generation.
- Manage customer orders from start to finish, including processing orders, coordinating with production and shipping departments, and ensuring ontime delivery.
- Coordinate with various departments such as finance, production, and shipping to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, and escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales data, customer information, and order status.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with production and purchasing departments to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities.
Experience:
Sales Coordinator: 2 years (required)
Language:
- Arabic (preferred)
