Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in managing the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Handle cost accounting tasks specific to the manufacturing industry, including cost allocation and variance analysis.

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare financial reports and statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support in the development and implementation of internal controls and financial policies.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor and analyze production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and reports.

Requirements<\/h3>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum of 7 -10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in manufacturing.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven experience in cost accounting and financial analysis within the manufacturing sector.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; SAP experience is must.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and compliance requirements.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
