  • Location: currently living in UAE
  • More than 5 years of experience in real estate sales ( Development experience would be a huge +)
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate market is mandatory
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Valid UAE Driving license
  • Fluency in English + add factor with bilingual


  • Customer acquisition and marketing;
  • Work with current clients;
  • Financial management;
  • Developed close relationships with area realtors;
  • Effectiveness of sales and negotiations;
  • Participation in the professional events;
  • Supervising the work of the training department;
  • Maintained awareness of current market trends.
  • Ability to work in СRM systems;
  • Interaction within the department and with other structures of the company;
  • Drafting of contracts and knowledge of accompanying documents;
  • Maintaining social networks.
