Your day to day

:


The Engineering Coordinator is responsible to assist in providing the below task;

:

Directs and coordinates the office administration according to Chief Engineer's instructions and property policies and procedures

:

Receives all incoming correspondence, stamps the date, signs and submit these to the Chief Engineer

:

-
Reviews and checks all incoming correspondence to ensure completeness of necessary information and signature for the Chief Engineer's attention

:

-
Follow-up replies to all correspondence, notes and instructions

:

-
Prepares monthly Utility and Energy Consumption Report

:

-
Prepares daily bullet report and daily Utility consumption and fuel/ chemical stock position

:

-
Prepare Regional / Monthly utilities and budget performance

:

Analyses completion of operational check sheets and data sheets and present these to Chief Engineer daily

Types the Monthly Engineering Report

:

-
Records all outgoing Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisition for any information needed by the Chief Engineer

:

Prepares and records all outgoing payment requests i.e. Electricity Bills, and Water bills, to be submitted to Finance

:

Keeps files in order and up to date

:

- **Responsible for recording Engineering personnel's attendance record.

What we need from you

QUALIFICATIONS

:

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Trustworthy with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in their work

Pro-active and energetic with a positive 'can do' attitude

Ability to multi-task with prioritization skills

Knowledge of MS Office
-
Related experience in Admin / Coordinator task
