    Role Description:

    In response to the demand for outsourced staff services, we are actively pursuing opportunities to establish staffing solutions companies tailored for the UAE market. Currently seeking a Co-Founder and HR Business Partner with an entrepreneurial spirit, this role involves reaching out to organizations interested in outsourcing their staffing needs. Responsibilities include securing contracts, overseeing hiring and talent acquisitions, managing day-to-day human resources operations, and actively contributing to comprehensive business strategies. The role also extends to leading initiatives that enhance employee engagement, implement effective performance management practices, optimize recruitment processes, and fortify retention strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficient in strategic business development, demonstrating a proven ability to generate and secure new business contracts.
    • Analytical skills: Capable of analyzing data and identifying patterns to make strategic decisions.
    • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
    • Sales and marketing: Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the business.
    • Research: Competence in conducting market research, analyzing data, and making informed recommendations.
    • Experience in HR operations, covering employee engagement, performance management, recruitment, and retention planning.
    • Startup experience: Familiarity with working in a startup environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills: Ability to build strong relationships with employees and external stakeholders.
    • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
