Develop and manage end to end project plans and ensure on-time deliveryLead cross functional team members to deliver projects on timeManage all aspects of multi-channel marketing initiatives across advertising, sponsorship, direct communications, social media, web content, and eventsDevelop and manage content for various marketing pieces, including emails, web/ landing pages, articles, and other materialsUnderstand content marketing and its role in driving engagementAnalyze metrics and results from marketing programs and provide ROI reports to the Head of Marketing & Communication
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or ManagementStrong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detailVery strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donorsExpert level written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving and the ability to actively seek and propose solutions.
