    Description

    Senior Marketing Officers are pivotal members of the company's Marketing and Communications (OMC) team and play a crucial role in the development and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns.

    A key objective of this position is to develop and manage various activities for the company to achieve maximum profitability and growth. Through effective coordination with the office and various departments of the company, this position supports the marketing and leasing team in developing and implementing marketing and promotional plans, branding strategies, social media initiatives, and advertising campaigns.

    In addition to the partnership, the post holder will establish strong relationships between RAK Real Estate and new leads to drive the sales of new tenants.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with management to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

    Campaign Management:

    • Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to optimize future marketing efforts.

    Digital Marketing:

    • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage digital platforms to reach target audiences effectively.
    • Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive website traffic.

    Leasing Collaboration:

    • Work closely with leasing departments to develop targeted marketing campaigns for available properties.
    • Coordinate with leasing teams to identify key target audiences and tailor marketing strategies for effective lead generation.
    • Actively engage in collaborative planning sessions with leasing teams to align marketing efforts with leasing objectives.

    Lead Generation:

    • Implement lead generation tactics, such as promotional events and online advertising, to attract potential tenants.
    • Utilize CRM tools to track leads and ensure effective communication between marketing and leasing teams.

    Team Collaboration and Professional Development:

    • Encourage the growth and professional development of team members by fostering an environment that promotes the sharing of experience and skills.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leasing , and finance, to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior marketing team and specialist members.

    Reports:

    • Generate regular reports on marketing performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
    • Present reports to management, highlighting insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven senior marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
    • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in real estate and marketing.
    • Detailed knowledge of the UAE and/or Ras Al Khaimah resident or visitors sector.
    • Experience in lead management technology for tenant conversions and lead scoring.
    • Experience in developing and managing global tenant agents.
    • Working knowledge of marketing best practices, including channel trends, data analytics, and digital/traditional campaign practices.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
    • DMI (Digital Marketing Institute) or CSEO (Certified SEO & SEM Marketing).

    Required Knowledge and Skills:

    • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Average skills in creative and innovative thinking.
    • Budget-management skills and proficiency.
    • Professional judgment and discretion gained from years of experience.
    • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
    • Average familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

    Monthly Salary: AED 8,000 to 10, 000 (Depending on experience)
