About the position
As the Project Management Lead you will lead a team of Project Managers.

Each Project Manager in your team is assigned to one or more client projects and the total collection of projects will be in your Project Portfolio.

You will oversee the planning, execution and delivery of your project portfolio to achieve healthy projects and high levels of Client Satisfaction.

You will be recruiting, onboarding, coaching and training all Project Managers in your team, ensuring that they follow Vaimo's delivery methodology and helping them to find solutions to delivery challenges.

As our new Project Management Lead you are responsible for driving the people processes for your team, such as goal setting, competence development and performance reviews.

The Project Management Lead may also simultaneously play the role of "project manager" to one or more clients.

In short,
as our new Project Management Lead you will:

• Work towards monthly and quarterly KPIs in accordance with our strategic metrics like eNPS, NPS, chargeability etc
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and proactively implement corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes
• Train, coach and develop your team of project managers
• Achieve healthy projects, satisfied clients
• Recruit, onboard, and train new project managers
• Create engagement and satisfaction of your direct reports
• As a part of the local leadership team, support Sales to answer RFP ́s (request for proposals).
• Present the Project Process in client meetings when there is no PM assigned or that PM needs support.

• Academic degree in project management or equivalent
• Senior project manager experience with a strong history of successfully delivering engineering Ecommerce projects for external clients
• Experience in leadership and people management
• Solid experience in working with enterprise clients
