The job


We are currently looking for a
motivated and energetic receptionist to join and support our team at esadore creative a welcoming and hospitable environment for visitors, callers and team members alike.

You will be
articulate, presentable, and have an excellent command of the English language. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our organization. Duties include welcoming guests and visitors, coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

  • Welcome visitors and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Support the café team in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere and attend to visitor and guest needs
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk (monitor visitors logbook)
  • Assist senior management in scheduling trips, meetings and appointments when required
  • Arrange internal and external transportation for office events, activities, trips, guests, etc.
  • Staff access card printing, assist with timekeeping activities
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
  • Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager

What you'll need to bring

  • You are wellversed in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • You have work experience as a receptionist, host/hostess, front office representative or in a similar role
  • You are
    professional in demeanor and appearance and are naturally engaging with people, making them feel at ease
  • You have solid written and verbal communication skills
  • You are
    resourceful and proactive, and don't shy away from resolving issues
  • You have excellent organizational skills, are able to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • You have experience in a hospitality / customerfacing environment and are
    passionate about creating a positive customer experience

Qualification:


  • Secretarial Certification, Diploma or similar

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Diploma (required)

Experience:

- reception or similar: 1 year (required)


Language:


  • English (required)
