    Description

    As a Senior Sales Executive specializing in NVOCC services, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our customer base in the UAE market. Your in-depth understanding of the logistics and shipping industry, particularly NVOCC operations, combined with your proven sales skills, will be essential in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    The Role

    You will be responsible for :

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass company sales goals.
    • Identify and target potential clients in various industries, emphasizing NVOCC services and solutions.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their shipping and logistics needs.
    • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements, working closely with clients to finalize terms and secure deals.
    • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and build a strong professional network.
    • Stay updated on relevant regulations, trade policies, and industry developments that may impact NVOCC operations.
    • Developing and implementing sourcing strategies together with cross-functional teams across the organisation.
    • Analysing categories of spend to determine potential opportunities regarding cost optimisation.
    • Management of existing supplier relationships and contracts and renegotiation of supplier contracts where required.
    • Actively searching for alternative sources and solutions of supply.
    • Determining best-in-class processes in order to drive lower cost while improving service levels.
    • Working closely with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure continuity of supply.

    Ideal Profile

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
    • 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the NVOCC or logistics industry within the UAE.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of NVOCC operations, shipping processes, and logistics solutions.
    • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • Valid UAE driving license.
    • You have at least 1 year experience ideally as a Buying / Procurement within Shipping.
    • You possess excellent negotiating skills with a strong ability to influence people of all levels.
