    Role & Responsibilities
  • Monitor existing projects, closely following project development and tracking that each stage is completed as per project success criteria
  • Provide quantitative analytical support for key project development decisions.
  • Determine what kind of data is needed to support decisionmaking, set up the mechanisms for collecting that data and critically examine the data, turning it into meaningful information can be used by decision makers.
  • Monitor existing projects to ensure timely execution & completion, closely follow project development and track that each stage is completed appropriately and within determined parameters.
  • Develop status reports to be delivered to the PMO Manager, Project Owners and Leadership Teams as required.
  • Utilize project management, document control and communication tools to monitor, control and report on project progress according to prescribed deliverables for scope, time, cost, quality, resources utilization.
  • Help with metrics that drive organizational efficiency and ensure sound standards for tracking of global initiatives and regionalspecific needs.
  • Support with data the development of a transparent, accurate, and effective resource management solutions for the project life cycle.
  • As a part of the PMO team, support annual and adhoc processes review and maintenance of the Project Management Knowledge Hub.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues on projects, collaborating with project managers to develop risk management and issue management plans

Experience Required

  • Perform impact analyses when project change requests are initiated and perform cost/benefit analyses and business process reengineering activities where required.
  • Participate in quality and continuous improvement activities.
  • Collect unrelated sources of data and turn them into coherent, visual and interactive insight
  • Mine and analyse data from company databases to drive optimization of cost estimation, time estimation and project risk profile.
  • Ability to effectively balance multiple competing tasks and priorities in a fastpaced, highly visible environment, interfacing with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong Office suite skills, including MS Project
  • Power-BI expertise will be a plus
