Oliver Wyman is now looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to join our Middle East office and be part of our IMEA team based out of Abu Dhabi office.
- The provision of bilingual executive level administrative support will involve building relationships with clients clients EAs understanding business goals objectives helping push them forward proactively leading administrative support RFPs tender responses maintaining updating current list contacts business activities in CRM database tracking maintaining sales activity pipeline each Partner proactively spotting clients haven been called upon need follow up executing requested follow-up calls client mailings assisting Marketing Department co-ordination customized mailings preparing letters proposals documents Oliver Wyman formatting styles
