- Oversee the maintenance and repairof all pumps and related machinery in the facility not limited tocasting & pump factories, ranging from intricate CNC 5-Axismachines to heavy machinery in castingfactory.
- Develop and implement preventivemaintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity ofequipment.
- Conduct regular inspections andtroubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues ormalfunctions.
- Manage a team of technicians andprovide guidance and support to ensure timely and efficientmaintenance.
- Coordinate with other departmentsto schedule maintenance activities and minimizedowntime.
- Monitor and analyze equipmentperformance data to identify trends and make recommendations forimprovement.
