Financial planning; budgeting and financial performance monitoring and tracking

  • Achieve stretch revenue goals in liabilities and cash management products
  • Conduct portfolio analysis to run targeted campaigns, launch new propositions to improve cross sell
  • Conduct periodic review to identify market and competitive trends on liability and cash management products
  • Develop packages and pricing to drive greater adoption of WPS and other cash products
  • Launch new products/ product bundles based on research and customer insight
  • Drive growth of wealth products
  • Launch and manage a comprehensive customer value proposition for top end BUB customers, to ensure retention and long term loyalty
  • Collaborate with TBS and Retail product teams to develop Liabilities and cash product bundles, pricing matrix and promotions to improve cross product holding ratio and portfolio growth with dual focus on NTB and existing customers
  • Utilise the pricing engine to run targeted campaigns and differentiated pricing structures as per value proposition
  • Leverage internal and external resources to deliver compelling integrated marketing programs for the segment that include online and offline collateral, advertising, PR, sales tool kits and training
  • Provide input on developing product and channel marketing calendars for the segment
  • Review and plan for improvement in different brand funnel stages in order to improve overall customer loyalty and retention for BUB segment and subsegments
  • To develop and document standard process (NPPA) for new products and services for BUB customers that are being introduced such as privilege programs and product bundles
  • Introduce subsegmentation in customer service levels by having tiered SLAs for BUB customers with various service providers e.g. Tanfeeth
  • Implement new processes and refine existing processes to deliver improved TATs
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements including CPR
  • To adopt an open and effective communication style and to be a strong team player
  • Manage key stakeholders to drive key projects and business objectives
