JOBDESCRIPTION:

We are seekingexperienced and dedicated Site Inspectors to join our team. TheSite Inspectors will play a crucial role in ensuring the qualityand compliance of civil pavement and asphalt works for a specificproject with a focus on airfieldinfrastructure.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conductregular inspections of civil pavement and asphalt works at theproject site to ensure compliance with design specificationsdrawings and applicable standards.
2. Monitorconstruction activities materials and workmanship to identify anydeviations defects or nonconformities and take corrective actionsas necessary.
3. Implement all aspects of thequality management systems (QMS) and site supervision activities tomaintain high standards of workmanship andsafety.
4. Collaborate with contractorssubcontractors and project teams to resolve technical issuesaddress concerns and ensure smooth progress ofworks.
5. Review construction plans methodstatements and quality control procedures to verify their adequacyand suitability for the projectrequirements.
6. Document and record allinspection findings test results and quality assurance activitiesin accordance with project documentation and reportingprotocols.
7. Assist in the coordination ofmaterial testing laboratory analysis and certification processes toverify compliance with project specifications and regulatoryrequirements.
8. Provide technical guidance andsupport to construction teams and junior staff members to enhancetheir understanding of project requirements and qualitystandards.
9. Participate in project meetings sitevisits and progress reviews to communicate inspection findingsaddress concerns and ensure alignment with projectobjectives.
10. Ensure strict adherence to healthsafety and environmental regulations policies and proceduresthroughout the constructionactivities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diplomain Civil Engineering or a relatedfield.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sitesupervision and inspection of civil pavement and asphalt workspreferably in airfield infrastructureprojects.
• Strong knowledge of constructionmethods materials and techniques related to civil engineering andpavement/asphalt works.
• Familiarity withrelevant industry standards codes and specifications for airfieldconstruction and infrastructureprojects.
• Certification in quality managementsystems (e.g. ISO 9001) or relevant trainingpreferred.
