We are looking for competitive and passionate Real Estate Sales Manager who have a proven track record and are eager to grow in their careers:Responsibilities:
- Manage the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Help agents create and practice their sales scripts.
- Define and implement the sales strategies.
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching.
- Contributes to the team's and individual growth.
- Prepares reports on regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Must have a prior real estate sales experience and working with a developer in Dubai.
- One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management
- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease.
- Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor.
- Deep knowledge about the Dubai real estate market.
- Strong negotiation and communications skills.
