Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant


Location:
Dubai onsite


Experience: 5yrs

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Oracle SCM Applications implementation.

  • Possess indepth knowledge of functional domains within Oracle SCM, including:
  • Inventory Management
  • Purchasing
  • Self-Services Procurement
  • Procurement Contract
  • Supplier Qualification Management
  • Sourcing
  • Supplier Portal
  • Legacy Systems
  • Interact with business users and provide training and support as needed.
  • Conduct project activities according to the project plan and scope, ensuring timely completion.
  • Facilitate business requirements gathering sessions to understand the needs of the organization.
  • Assist in building integrations with legacy systems, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of endtoend SCM business processes and efficiently handle daily operations.
  • Design custom solutions using Oracle's best practices for SCM, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
  • Gather business requirements and map them to system requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
  • Coordinate the design, development, and testing activities implementing SCM solutions.
  • Maintain good documentation practices, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
  • Fluency in the Arabic language is necessary to communicate with stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Oracle SCM Applications implementation.
  • Proven experience in at least five endtoend ERP EBS/Fusion implementation cycles, including UAE localization.
  • Expertise in functional domains such as Inventory Management, Purchasing, Self-Services Procurement, Procurement Contract, Supplier Qualification Management, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Legacy Systems.
  • Strong interaction skills and experience in providing training and support to business users.
  • Ability to conduct business requirements gathering sessions and effectively capture user needs.
  • Knowledge of building integrations with legacy systems.
  • Solid understanding of endtoend SCM business processes and ability to manage daily operations.
  • Proficiency in designing custom solutions using Oracle's best practices for SCM.
  • Excellent coordination skills for managing design, development, and testing activities.
  • Strong documentation skills for creating functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
  • Familiarity with Oracle's OUM methodology.
  • Fluency in the Arabic language for effective communication with stakeholders.
