Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the organization's goals and market trends.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments to expand the customer base.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Team Leadership and Management:


  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the IT sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement coaching and training programs to enhance team performance.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Act as a point of escalation for client concerns and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop personalized solutions that address client challenges and deliver value.

Sales Process Oversight:


  • Manage the endtoend sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Review and approve sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to ensure they align with company policies and objectives.
  • Implement and optimize sales tools and technologies to enhance the sales process and streamline workflow.

Market Insights and Competitive Analysis:


  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to adapt sales strategies and offerings based on market changes.

Collaboration and Communication:


  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective promotional materials, campaigns, and events that support sales efforts.

Reporting and Analysis:


  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights into performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful IT sales leadership, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
  • Indepth understanding of IT products, solutions, and services, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

Commission and Incentives


Salary:
AED8, AED12,000.00 per month

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • IT Sales: 10 years (required)
  • Head of IT Sales: 3 years (required)
  • IT Sales in

UAE:
5 years (required)


Language:


  • Fluent English (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (preferred)
