Description

Coordinate the daily dispatch of food items and catering services to schools and other event locations according to predetermined schedules.

Collaborate with the catering team, drivers, and school authorities to plan efficient delivery routes, taking into account traffic conditions and school timings.
Verify catering orders against the delivery schedule, ensuring accuracy and completeness of each order.
Maintain regular communication with school staff, catering team, and drivers to address any changes or updates in the delivery schedule promptly.
Address any deliveryrelated issues, such as delays or shortages, and take appropriate actions to resolve them effectively.
Monitor the quality and presentation of food items, ensuring they meet the established standards before dispatch.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery reports, order status, and customer feedback.
Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to during transportation and delivery.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from school authorities and catering team members professionally and courteously.

Liaise with food suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients and supplies for catering operations.

Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
