The role overview:


  • Accountable for the management and delivery of project/s including but not limited to initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific service provisions and meet client specifications.
  • Accountable for the timely and efficient delivery of the Contracted Services to the Client including Safety, Quality, Core Personnel and Equipment provision, Maintenance, and Project Delivery.
  • Responsible for delivery of all Commercial aspects of the contract
  • Focused on customer satisfaction, business development, and profitability for EnerMech.
  • Highlight key risks to Management and manage appropriately.
  • Provides Leadership and guidance to direct reports and wider team where appropriate on technical, resourcing, and contractual matters.
  • Responsible for ensuring plans are in place and maintained to support and deliver client Integrated Asset Plans and EnerMech support capability.
  • To be the Clients representative in ensuring any wider EnerMech departments deliver as per commitments.
  • Maintain the Business Forecast Tool associated with the contract.

Main Responsibilities and Activities:


  • Ownership and compliance to ensure EnerMech meets client HSE and Quality expectations.
  • Manage the daytoday delivery of the contract and any allocated core or adhoc support teams.
  • Accountable for managing EnerMech/Client specific objectives/KPI's to ensure actions are completed and targets met.
  • Accountable for managing weekly/monthly client reporting ensuring all monthly reporting is completed accurately and on time including Quality Performance Reviews (QPRs), FPALs, etc.
  • Attend client planning meetings to ensure mobilization readiness and gate compliance
  • Make and implement recommendations to clients to improve, equipment or asset integrity/service delivery/equipment availability.
  • Responsible for the completion of all account payable invoices on a weekly/monthly basis as required by the business line.
  • Coordinate contractspecific incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis
  • Develop and present monthly/QPR (Quality Performance Review) meetings.
  • Travel offshore/to sites to carry out audits, management visits, and surveys once a quarter or as required.
  • Accountable for signoff on all contract CTRs (Cost Time Resource), Work packs, Invoices, etc. as "contract Representative".
  • Ensuring that NAV is used effectively and in line with processes to be able to track and report business performance.
  • Manage and lead the contract planning control room sessions.
  • Liaise with EnerMech offshore/site crew on a daily/frequent basis regarding maintenance/operations.
  • Where assigned and utilizing internal EnerMech support maintain all maintenance records, routines, and correctives within the client's Maintenance Management System ensuring scheduling into the client asset plans and timely completion of the required activities.
  • Minimize any maintenance backlog and ensure that any Safety Critical Maintenance backlog is immediately identified to the Client and internally to the EnerMech Technical Authority as required for the business line.
  • Provide firstline technical support and coordinate any client requirements including breakdowns.
  • Manage Work in Progress (WIP) and aged Debt.
  • Develop yearly OPEX and CAPEX budgets for approval.
  • Manage the daytoday allocation of the Contract delivery team and allocated support.
  • Deal with any employee issues with HR support where required.
  • Identify any areas for development within the team, performance management, and resourcing activities for the team in partnership with HR.
  • Drive annual and 5 yearly crane plans and budgets (specific to Cranes Business Line only).

have:


Essential:


  • Demonstrable experience in the management and provision of business line applicable service and understanding of the corresponding legislation (as an example Safety Case, Document Control Register, Prevention of Fire and Emergency) and Major Accident Hazard management.
  • Demonstrable experience in Pipeline Precommissioning, supporting client organizations, leading teams, and strong commercial awareness.
  • Offshore survival & OGUK Medical.

Preferred:


  • Mechanical Engineering Degree or relevant technical qualification with industry experience.
