Responsibilities

• Provide technical product support tocustomers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professionaland timely manner.
• Conduct regular fieldmeasurements to assess product performance and identify areas ofimprovement.
• Work closely with the productdevelopment team to enhance product features and functionalitiesbased on customer feedback and markettrends.
• Develop and deliver product training tocustomers and internal teams, ensuring they are well-versed withthe product's features andfunctionalities.
• Collaborate with the salesteam to provide technical product knowledge during client meetingsand product demonstrations.
• Assist in thecreation of product manuals, guides, and other technicaldocuments.
• Stay abreast of the latest trendsand advancements in the field of radio frequency and cellulartechnology, applying this knowledge to the improvement of ourproducts.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inEngineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2years of experience in a similar role within the engineeringindustry.
• Proven experience with radiofrequency, cellular technology, field measurements, and customersupport.
• Excellent problem-solving skills withthe ability to troubleshoot technicalissues.
• Strong communication and interpersonalskills, with a customer-centricapproach.
• Ability to conduct field measurementsand analyze data to improve productperformance.
• Proficient in using various toolsand software used in the engineeringindustry.
• Demonstrated ability to work in afast-paced, team-orientedenvironment.
• Willingness to keep up-to-datewith the latest industry trends andadvancements.
• Ability to travel as needed forclient meetings and product demonstrations.
