Office Manager/Receptionist

We are looking for a vibrant, friendly, responsible Office Manager/Receptionist for our new doggy day care and boarding facility in Al Quoz.

What will you be doing?
As an Office Manager/Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting our doggy guests and their owners from the moment they walk in to our day care and boarding till the time they check out


You will be:

• Welcoming our guests, educating them on our services and rates, and answering all questions
• Ensuring that all dogs and their details, including checkin, checkout times, vaccinations and bookings are up to date
• Handing off dogs to the handlers in a timely manner and receiving them when they are picked up
• Answering calls/WhatsApps/messages from clients and prospective clients
• Maintaining and updating the CRM at all times
• Ensuring smooth flow of office operations, scheduling and workflow
• Ensuring there are adequate office and other supplies in stock at all times

What skills do I have to possess?
To join our team, it is essential that you:

• absolutely love dogs and ideally, have some experience with animals

- be able to work with minimum supervision
- be able to communicate confidently in English

Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
