ABOUT THE ROLE


We are looking for a new
Sales manager - OFF PLAN to join our expanding company and be responsible for managing, training, and monitoring a sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan
  • Manage the entire sales process flow in terms of strategy and prospect management
  • Support and assist agents in closing deals when required
  • Manage leads for the team and ensure leads conversion
  • To motivate and monitor the sales team to insure the best productivity and consistent sales
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve marketing strategies for lead generation or suggest new ones
  • Manage the customer sales experience and postsale customer service experience
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with all developers
  • Create relationships and attend events that may help to develop sales leads for the team

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the real estate industry for at least
    2 years is a must

Off-plan and brokerage firm experience is a must:


  • 2-3 years of work experience as a Sales manager

Attractive Salary and commission scheme
