Bernardi Medical is actively recruiting a GCC Head of Sales Manager for their team in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role

Utilizing the company's assets, clinical and marketing tools, departments, and personnel to achieve the following objectives:

• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Good timemanagement skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Researching customer needs and identifying how our solutions meet them
• Indepth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
• Dealing with customers' rejections and turning them into opportunities
• Complying with the company's policies and

procedures

• Tracking, analyzing, and communicating

competition

• Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude
• Reporting to the Managing Director

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience
• Medical Furniture and / or Medical Storage

Solutions experience is required

• GCC experience is a must
• Good communication skills in English
• Positive personality and good organizational and ttime management skills

Salary:
AED15, AED35,000.00 per month
