To guide, monitor and manage the overall patient and client journey and drive set sales and marketing targetsJob Responsibilities:
Drive the client journey and overall patient experience in the clinic through effective service delivery and patient registration and billing processesDeliver professional patient reception and registration services, including the resolution of patient queriesManage the product retail processes in line with company standardsTo drive relevant sales targets in line with overall targets set through the effective use of sales and marketing principles
Job Requirements:
A relevant Bachelor's degree from an accredited institutionRelevant degree or diploma in the field of medical science or marketing will be an advantageAt least 3 years' healthcare experience of which at least 1 year included experience in aesthetics
